Quinoa and Squash Gratin
I'm pretty sure Martha Rose Shulman has been around for awhile, but I've just stumbled onto her. I like her style. Maybe it's time to buy yet another cookbook?!?

What a coincidence. I've just read the same recipe today from NYTimes. I agree with you this is a great one. I think Martha Rose Shulman's new cookbook has just been published.
