Recipe Swap: Judy's Key Lime Pie

Key Lime Pie
Serves 8
3 Points per serving

1/4 cup water
1 package (4 serving size) sugar-free lime gelatin
2 6oz containers key lime yogurt
8oz frozen fat free whipped topping, thawed
1 reduced fat graham cracker pie crust

Add gelatin to 1/4 cup boiling water, stir until dissolved. Whisk together gelatin mixture and yogurt in a large bowl. Fold in whipped topping. Spread into crust.

Refrigerate 4 hours.
