Here's an April calendar that a fellow Weight Watchers leader created to help her members stay motivated for the month. I thought I'd share it with you folks as well.

In October 1996 I joined Weight Watchers. By August 1997 I had lost 26 pounds, and within months was working for the company. I'm still maintaining my weight loss, and this blog is for my members.
